What is permanent make up or micropigmentation?

Permanent Make Up is tattooing eyeliner, eyebrows and lips. The needles used are much smaller and don’t go as deep as a traditional tattoo. The procedure is permanent and there will always be something there. The pigmented area will fade after time due to sun exposure and using certain chemicals peeling agents on the skin.

Ninette is a board certified Permanent Make Up Artist and has been practicing for 3 years. Ninette has had permanent eyeliner and permanent lip make up as well; so you know that she's not only the practitioner but also a client.
